FRP, fibre-reinforced plastic, is glass fibre set in resin. It's laid up in layers inside a mould and cures into a thin, strong shell that takes whatever shape the mould holds. This is how every piece we make is built.
A polished fibreglass mould sets the shape. It's waxed so the finished part releases cleanly.
A pigmented resin laid into the mould first. It becomes the coloured, glossy face of the part.
Short glass fibres in random directions, wetted with resin. It builds thickness and bonds to the gelcoat.
Woven glass strands for strength and stiffness, added where the part needs them.
More mat and resin to the thickness the part needs. Then it cures and comes out of the mould.
Thin, strong shells that need no heavy structure to hold them up.
No steel to corrode, and it doesn't absorb water.
Takes any shape a mould can hold, with fine detail.
Colour is moulded into the gelcoat face, so there's nothing to paint.
Every red dot is something we make. Point at a dot, or tap it, to see the product.
Ten product lines, each made to order: sized to your site, finished in your colour, and fixed by our team.
All-FRP tanks and mild steel tanks lined with FRP, for water, effluent and chemicals.
Moulded facade panels, fins, screens and cladding in any shape and colour.
A seamless glass-fibre and resin lining laid on site over terraces, tanks and wet areas.
Classical and modern cornices, bands and mouldings in long, light lengths.
Round, fluted and square column covers, with corbels and brackets to match.
Arch surrounds and frames for openings, gateways, temples and interiors.
Rain and valley gutters that don't rust, and linings for leaking concrete gutters.
Ionic, Corinthian, Tuscan and lotus capitals with crisp moulded detail.
Planters and pots in any size and colour, light enough to move.
Domes, finials, chhatris, relief panels and one-off pieces made from your drawing.
Colour in FRP is moulded into the gelcoat face, so a planter, panel or column comes out of the mould already finished. Try a few.

Colours on screen are approximate. We match gelcoat to a shade-card code or a sample you send.
Every new shape starts as a master and a fibreglass mould in our Bangalore unit. That's what lets us make pieces to your drawing, and make them again exactly.
Send drawings, photographs or a sketch with sizes, quantities and the site location.
We draw each element with its sizes, joints and fixings for your approval.
A master is made for each new shape and a fibreglass mould is taken from it.
Gelcoat goes into the mould first, then glass-fibre mat and resin, layer by layer.
Parts are released from the mould, trimmed, assembled and checked against the drawing.
We deliver and install, or supply with fixing details for your contractor.
Elevations, entrances and interiors with shapes that would be slow or costly in concrete: arches, columns, cornices, facade panels and one-off pieces, matched across a whole building.
Tanks, linings and gutters that don't rust: storage for water, effluent and chemicals, and FRP linings that give corroded steel and leaking concrete a second life.

They make very good Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete panels and FRP panels.
